The second week of May 2023 will mark the beginning of Delhi ITI admissions.

The final day for ITI Delhi admissions in 2023 is tentatively set for June 16th.

For the 2023 session, students can apply via the official website. Eligible students are required to regularly check @www.itidelhi.admissions.nic.in for changes. The application process will be conducted both offline and online. Students can use the University Regional Centre to submit an offline application.

Cosmetology, carpentry, commercial art, computer hardware & network maintenance, electrician, plumber, sewing technology, and other courses are available for the students to choose from. On completion of Grade 10 with the necessary studied topics, admission will be granted.

Every year, the Delhi Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE), which oversees Delhi ITI Admission, selects candidates who want to become ITIs in several trades.

Seats in 19 government-sponsored ITI institutes in Delhi would be given to qualified applicants.

Candidates must have graduated from a reputable board with a science, business, or arts major in their 10th or 12th grade.

The minimum age requirement for Delhi ITI Admission 2023 is 14.

In July 2023, applications for admission to the Delhi ITI opened. The Institute offers diploma programs, technical instruction in engineering, computer programming, desktop publishing, information technology, interior design, and other fields.

Admissions to Delhi ITI 2023

Delhi ITI admissions will begin in the second week of May 2023. Registration for Delhi ITI Admission typically opens in the month of July of each year for the most recent session. ITI courses in Delhi: Trade, the Arts, Computer Hardware, and Upkeep

The Delhi ITI Admission provides a variety of courses to its students. Commercial art, computer hardware and upkeep, electronic mechanics, information technology, draughtsman (civil and mechanical), digital photographer, fitter, and many other courses are among those provided.

Delhi ITI Admission Requirements

The entry requirement for ITI Delhi is the 10th grade or the eighth standard. Candidates must have received at least a 40% on their prior qualifying exams in the fields of science and mathematics. Each candidate must be an Indian citizen and be at least 14 years old.

The Government of NCTC of Delhi and DTTE jointly oversee Delhi ITI Admission. The Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) efficiently creates the merit list. The applicant must have passed either the X or VIII class to be eligible to apply.

Seat Allocation at Delhi ITI

The government will provide a notice regarding the results on the Delhi ITI Admission website during the month of September 2023. The merit list students will be contacted for seat allocation as soon as the results are released. The government’s reservation policy is used to generate the merit list. There are 19 ITI in total, and all of them follow the 85% seat policy for students from union territory.

Since only 15% of places are reserved for general category students, there is intense competition among students. Additionally, there are reservations of 30% for females, 15% for Sc, and 7.5% for ST. On the merit list, the students from the union areas are given preference. Students are required to use their documentation to establish their identity during counselling.
