Admission to MDU Distance Education 2023

For the year 2023, MDU’s Directorate of Distance Education has closed its admissions. The final day to apply for admission was March 31, 2023. The Directorate offers a range of undergraduate and graduate courses in a number of subject areas. For all of its courses, MDU chooses its students using a merit-based selection method.

There is no requirement to take an admission test for MDU DDE admissions. MDU Distance Education has established an online application mode as a means of applying for these admissions. It’s crucial that you turn in your registration paperwork by the due date.

MDU will start accepting students for the UG admissions program’s BLIS, BA, and B.Com courses. While the MLIS, MSc, and M.Com PG admissions entries will be accepted.

For UG enrolments, a merit-based criterion has been established, and candidates must meet this criterion in order to enrol. A student must receive a 50% on the final exam of this programme.

By earning a graduate degree in the desired field with a minimum score of 50%, applicants can also gain admission to MDU DDE’s PG programmes.

To finish registering, students must pay an application fee of INR 350.

MDU UG Admission Distance Education

For UG programme studies, MDU Distance Education provides BA and BCom programmes. One must pass the intermediate education 10+2 from a relevant stream in addition to being chosen for the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Commerce track based on merit scores. BCA: Bachelor of Computer Application is a three-year undergraduate degree. The is being offered in English medium by MDU, and the curriculum is broken up into semesters. Students who want to enrol in the course must have received their 12th-grade diploma from an accredited board.

MDU Distance Learning BJMC Enrolment

MDU offers a UG degree in mass communication and journalism. It takes a total of 6 semesters, or 3 years, to finish the course, which is divided into semesters. Depending on their degree of comfort, students can choose between an English or a Hindi medium. Any student who wishes to enrol in a BJMC programme must have successfully finished their 12th grade from a recognised board in any stream. MDU Distance Learning P.G. Admission

Admission to the PG programme at MDU Distance Education is currently closed for the academic years 2023–2024. The final day for complete registration was March 31, 2023. The PG level offers a wide range of degree programmes, including M.Tech, MCA, MBA, LLM, M.P.Ed, M.Pharm, etc. One must have earned a Bachelor’s degree in the pertinent discipline in order to apply for this position.

Entrance exams or merit-based selection processes are used for postgraduate programmes. The MDU DDE administers the entrance exam to grant admission to the M.Tech, MBA, M.Pharm, and M.P.Ed programmes. The MDU DDE will take into account the merit scores for other courses including LLM, MCA, and MHMCT.

For the Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC), an institution with a good reputation and a graduation rate of at least 45% are prerequisites. This course will set you back INR 17,500.

To enrol in the two-year Masters of Commerce (M.Com) programme, students must have previously earned a B.Com, BBA, BIM, BTM, or equivalent degree. The MDU distance learning price for an M.Com is INR 18000.

Students must have a BA in any stream prior to enrolling in a master of arts (MA) programme, which typically lasts two years. The cost of the course is INR 17000.

Students must have a Master of Science (MSc), a BSc, or another science degree in order to enrol in this two-year programme. The MSc MDU Distance cost is INR 28900.

After earning a B.Lib.I.Sc. or another undergraduate degree, students can pursue a 2-year Masters in Library Science and Information (M.Lib.I.Sc.) programme. The cost is INR 28,500.

MBA (HONs): applicants must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, a Shastra examination with at least 50% overall (for SC/ST applicants in Haryana, only 40% overall), or any other exam that M.D. University, Rohtak recognises as being comparable.

Conditions for Online Admission

Conditions for Online Application Students should have the following prior to applying online:

The candidate’s payment to the DDE that is unrelated to their admission or the admissions application form is not regarded as time-barred in the event that the applicant passes away prior to the examinations starting with no examination.

Note: The MDU Distance Fee for Students who are Covered by One of These Rules (‘i’ up to the Letter “V”) Will Be Refunded After 20% First.

If the candidate submitted fake documents or gave inaccurate information on the admission form, or failed to produce the requisite documents or other information on time, there will be no reimbursement of money.
