Admission to Periyar University's distance learning programs

According to UGC regulations, Periyar University does not offer any programmes in the distance education format. It provides a range of management, arts, commerce, and science undergraduate and graduate courses. Additionally, it provides a few professional studies diploma and certificate programs. All of the courses offered by Periyar University have been authorized and verified by the University Grant Commission (UGC) and the Distance Education Bureau. The application process for the courses is both online and offline, and admission is based on merit.

A minimum grade of 45% in the arts from 10+2 is required for admission to the three-year Bachelor of Arts (BA) program. The tuition is 7,100 Indian rupees.

The three-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program requires that applicants have completed mathematics in their senior year of high school with a minimum grade point average of 55%. Its price is 8,500 INR.

The three-year Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program is available to applicants who have finished their intermediate schooling with 50% in the computer-related major subjects. A charge of INR 8,000 is required.

After completing intermediate (Commerce) and metric (BCom), three years are needed to complete this programme. The tuition fee is INR 7,600.

If a student holds a BA in Tamil Literature, they are qualified for the Masters of Arts (Tamil) program, and their marks must be 45% or higher. The cost is 14,500 INR.

50% of BCA graduates are qualified to apply for Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) based on merit. The MCA fee is INR 15,000.00.

A BBA-qualified individual can enroll in the two-year Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program for Rs. 16,200.

To enroll in this course, you must have an MCom in business or a B.Com/BBM with a 50% score. The cost of the course is going to be INR 15,500.
